My 100th post, and a GIVEAWAY!

THE GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED.

This is my 100th blog post.

I know 100 posts doesn't sound like a lot considering how prolific many bloggers can be, but I tend to fall off course and go in search of some other way to spend my time. One of my very favorite bloggers, Wanda Hanson at Exuberant Color, just celebrated her 3000th post!

In the past year I have come to really enjoy blogging. When I started out I felt I had so little to say, but wanted to convey my feelings about quilting and some bits and pieces of my life. It's become easier as time has passed, but there are times when I feel I may be saying too much and I'll bore everyone. My writing tends to sound technical at times and that is due, in large part, to what I do for a living. I draft pleadings and crunch numbers and have to put it all out there. I try to pull back a bit when I'm blogging.

Enough about that! Let's celebrate this 100th post with a giveaway--I have a darling strip roll of Just My Type by Patty Young for Michael Miller Fabrics. I love the colors and the theme--this would make a great baby quilt.
Leave a comment on this post by 12:00 midnight CDT on Sunday, March 15, 2015, and tell me how you learned about my blog and what you would do with the jelly roll. On Monday, March 16, I will have the Hubster draw a winner out of the entries and I'll post it! PLEASE, leave only one comment--I want to give everyone a fair shake! If you are a no-reply blogger, please include your email address so I may contact you.

Thanks for being along for the ride. It's all about the journey, not the destination!

Go quilt!
